How to use it:

Step 1 : Open the original back cover of Note3
Step 2 : Stick the receiver card on the mobile phone's battery so that the two protuberant touch points must touch the two recesses next to the battery.
Step 3 : Close the original case
Step 4 : Place the mobile phone onto the wireless charging pad(not included).

Note: this is only a wireless charging receiver, the wireless charging pad is not included, to charging your Note 3 wireless, you still need a QI standard wireless charging Pad/base, which you can find in links below:

Value

The product works as promised, fits well, and does not cause much bulge on a Galaxy Note 3's back plate. There is however, a slight bulge, which should be mentioned. All around a great experience. (Posted on 1/9/14)
